Has anyone had any issues with the dealership with a flash or a back end flash so far?

I currently have a JB4 and plan on doing a MHD back end flash primarily to avoid a check engine light when I install a catless downpipe.

I havnt had any issues with the car so far and I’m reaching 8k miles.

I told mine not to touch my shit and they didn't. Just communicate with them. If you want, duct tape the OBD-2 port or something. I also did that too haha.
