Hey all,

I'm looking at buying a set of 19" TE37SL Black edition III and curious what the preferred tire fitment would be? I'm looking at going with Yokohama, most likely the Advan AD09's or any recommended Yokohama tires, as i get large discounts with Yokohama. My car is currently around 450-500rwhp and no plans atm to further increase power.

19" TE37SL Black edition III wheels:
5x112 / 19x10.5 +34
5x112 / 19x9.5 +23

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

265/305 or 275/305. (Depending on the tire itself, some brands are wider than others)

I picked up the 19" TE37SL Black edition III's today and the seller included a set of PSS 255/275 (~70% tread) which I'll probably use before switching to the Advan AD09's. The wheels + tyres set me back $3800 AUD ($2600 USD) which i think was a pretty good deal considering they are basically brand new.

I've seen some posts here recommending hub centric rings for the TE37SL, is this actually required? If so where would be the best place to purchase? Thanks in advance.

Hub rings are hub rings thankfully, they're just plastic or aluminum circles so don't worry about having to spend more to get "better" ones, they're all the same.

The Supra's hub bore is 66.5mm and Rays wheels by standard generally use 73.1mm center bores.

So, whatever the cheapest rings you can find that goes from 73.1 -> 66.5 will work. If you get aluminum rings, just put some anti-seize around the mating surface in the bore and it'll make them a lot easier to get out if you ever need to take them out.

Thanks @NicKnack ordered a set of aluminium hub rings.

If i was to go for a stud conversion kit, would the APEX M14x1.25mm length 75mm be fine? or do i need the 90mm?

Thanks for all the help.

I think 75MM should be fine for these wheels/sizing but I'm personally still using Wheel Bolts on my car so this question may be better answered by someone who's actually done the stud conversion

Not to happy with the traction on these PSS so I'm going ahead with a set of AD09s as its only costing me around $800AUD ($500ish USD) for the set. I was going to pull the trigger this morning but my mate mentioned that the AD09s may run wider then other brands so i held off.

I was initially going to run with 265/35R19 - 305/30R19 as mentioned by Jmanlevan, but I'm now thinking of going with the same setup as 3rdDegreeNinja 275/35R19 & 295/35R19.

Does anyone know if the 265/35R19 - 305/30R19 setup would cause me any issues, specifically on the AD09s? I'm not sure if the recommendations in here are based on the AD09's or just a generic guideline, I'm thinking I just play it safe and go with the 275/35R19 & 295/35R19 setup.

Thoughts? Thanks to everyone who has offered me advice, i appreciate it.

Edit: Placed an order for Yokohama AD09's 275/35R19 & 295/30R19, thanks to those who offered advise.
