Titan motorsports Downpipe(catless) issues

So i recently installed the downpipe and the car when in park acts as if it’s being revved and sometimes shuts off i think i may have installed the o2 spacer on the wrong o2 sensor, i installed the o2 spacer on the sensor closest to the turbo just want someone to confirm or deny (preferably with pictures of a proper 02 spacer install) that i installed it correctly or wrong

Spacer is supposed to go post cat, so the other spot.
