The WiFi module is not needed if you are using a laptop. It is just for convenient. It is $300 for the license and cable.

Doesn't come with maps. That's $50 from bootmod website. Mentioned it on another reply of yours.
With BM3 you're not downloading maps per say. You're subscribing. Once you select which map you want, it'll download and flash...
Better do some reading ahead.. it's not complicated at all, but just be informed.. they've a good wiki

Yes, this for an A9- Supra. I used this for my 2020 Supra. I think you are able to choose one OTS map with the transfer. I included a link on how the transfer work.
