Tune on only 91 gas question. Big turbo?

I think you PM'd me. I responded if you haven't seen it already. The right answer is an unlock and flash tune. MHD as I said would be your best bet.

Or like I said, M2 is an option but still limited by 91oct. Power output potential will be still limited. A little more power can be had on 91 stock for stock between supra and M2 (s58). But is it worth the price? Depend on what you like.

Based on what I've been told, 91 only would net about 30-40 hp on a tune with a DP. I'm also at 4500' elevation which probably doesn't help. I looked into meth but that just more that I want to put into the car plus more risk.
If your at 500whp with the same mods I'm looking into on 93, then that may not bode well for me to get there on 91 without turning stuff way up, which I'm not interested in.

Nevada.........4500' elevation. Bro are you in the Reno/Tahoe area? That's where I'm at. Anyways, if you are, you can buy cans of E85 from Low Boost Performance. I've been running the JB4 for about two years now with a custom tune from Jesse and on 91 with an AA catted downpipe I dyno'd 400whp.........with Jesse's E35 tune it jumped to 450whp/500tq........and my car is a 2020. So I imagine you'd hit almost 500whp with a JB4 and a custom E-blend tune from him since you already have about 50 more hp than me. If you hit 450ish on 91 it's a pretty big difference.

Yes but you definitely don’t need an intake manifold to make that.

On 91 you can run an upgraded turbo without flex but i’m not sure where the power will limit out. I’d advise you reach out to a reputable tuner for advice. Some are more comfortable tuning pump gas than others, but few will be willing to push it on 91.
