I have them both and love it. I first got them on my 21 Accord Touring. I was hesitant at first on getting them until I saw a video on youtube on how it looked.

Sorry, sun was already setting when I took these but here you go! The fitment is great, and I have much more peace of mind when storing stuff back there now. Paired with the floor mats, I think this makes the interior look a bit more luxurious.

What material is it?
I'll just post what they say on the site instead of trying to describe it myself haha. It's definitely easy to clean though and comfortable to put my feet on!

"TuxMat is made of a three-layer combination material. The top layer is highly durable Vinyl made to match the look of your car's interior, it is 100% waterproof. The middle layer is made with EVA, it is the material that makes the vertical dimension of TuxMat possible, it is also soft enough for the comfort of our driving. The bottom layer is sound proofing, anti-skid cloth, which also protects your vehicle's carpet from wear and tear over time."

I also have the trunk mat and it is just as good as the floor mats. The only downside is, if you did the subwoofer mod, the tux mat will partially cover the holes you made in the trim panel, though it’s not a tight seal so it doesn’t affect the audio quality any. And I have a trunk organizer dealie that hides it anyway so it doesn’t bother me. Just something to keep in mind. Said trunk organizer does have Velcro straps to keep it stuck to the trunk floor and they don’t work with the tux mat material so now it slides around.

I was actually curious about the sub woofer mod and the trunk mat after looking at the pics. Glad it doesn't make much of a difference then and only slightly covers them.

As far as the organizer not staying in place, could go to Michaels and get some stick on velcro strips and attach them to the tuxmat to give you some adhesion.
