Weird sound whenever jacking up from left rear point?

I’ve been getting a weird noise every time I jack up my car from the left rear jackpoint. I would post a video but its hard to hear. If I could describe it it almost sounds like something is like bouncing/knocking against plastic or the fender liner very gently? I’m using a jack point adapter and it’s only on the left rear jack point. Thanks!
