What maintenance would you do for a 2020 LE that Sat in Showroom Since 2019?

Hypothetically, for some odd reason, if you were to buy this supra what fluids would you have to change?

It was owned by the GM of the dealer, oil was changed every year from 2019, but I am not entirely sure about brake fluid, transmission fluid, diff fluid; are there any other fluids I should be concerned about.

Are those fluids needed to be changed as well even though it only has 2.8k miles?

Does anyone have rough estimates as to how much it costed for their:

-brake fluid
-transmission fluid
-diff fluid
