Red interior was only offered with autos pre 2023. I realized the red/black steering doesn’t even come with the paddles when you order one via part number as that was my main concern cosmetically (or if they do, can be removed easily). Just want to make sure otherwise it’s plug and play and just need to swap air bag in. Thanks

Should be all plug n play - swapping the electronics from wheel #1 to wheel #2 is going to be a bit of a hassle, make sure you've got trim removal tools and various bits and screw drivers to help get the job done. Go slow, take your time, be sure you've got all the screws necessary out.

Airbag removal is the hardest part, you'll want a nice variety of screw drivers, punch tools, valve stem removal tool, etc. Swapping between tools and figuring out what works best for you is the best advice I can give on that one.

I found ifixit kits are a worthwhile investment while working on these cars, at least for the electronics. On the LCI style g series wheels, some are in really awkward positions, so having a nice tool selection helps.

The bolts are in there pretty good, make sure you've got either a breaker bar or an impact handy. Mine was removable with a socket, some have torx, not sure if there's a consistent way to tell though.

Maybe also worth looking into seeing if someone can just re-dye your current wheel? Might save you some time/effort/labor.

edit: Also saw for MT - some folks have added 3d printed covers: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/steering-wheel-paddle-delete.27623/
