Lol i walked away from a 997 GT3 tuesday night on the 101 near SFO.. we should've linked up when i was up in the Bay.. i'm on MHD, one of the great tuning softwares for this platform imo.

I'm thinking about going mhd. What numbers are you looking at? I have an aa catted downpipe exhaust and intake.

I'm mobile dyno'd sooo i don't know my true numbers IF they are true... but as far as MHD, it's solid, i'm tuned by Fabian @ Pureboost, legit tune and tuner too, i would recommend to anyone looking to get MHD..

Awesome... Think I'm going to go this route instead of the cloned ecu since I have a post June. I want to get as close to 500 as possible

I actually installed the DP 2 days after I received it, was actually the first thing I had swapped out of the car, same time I did the oil change to get off the 0-20w watery crap.

Did a thing.

Bought a spare A pillar trim modified it to fit two gauge pods then added some AEM gauges. If i do ever want to go back i can as i have my original a pillar cover.

Took about 3 weekends...too busy with work

like what @zrk said. Take your time, do some measurements so you can put the new badges in the correct place.... OOOOOR if you ever take a trip to San Diego out of nowhere, i can meet up with you and install it lol.

if you tackle it yourself, best advice is to mask around the badge to A: protect the paint when you remove the old badge B: mark the original location of the badge from factory. Remove the badge, goo gone the residue, rubbing alcohol, and stick on the new one. THEN remove the masking tape. ??

If you're asking if it leaves a "5 o' clock shadow" as i call it; yes. Very feint, but yes.

No, but the new badge goes over it anyway.

Remove it, then just give it a little polish/wax/polish/wax and it'll be fine.

Changed the reflectors to paint matched ones on the A91 and gave it the blacked out GR badge treatment. In return, guess who got a free car cover.... ??
