i went for the brake recall yesterday and service and the dealer was hopeless.
Denied any
-apple carplay update,
-couldnt even add the correct oil level - when i checked the car oil level was only showing in the middle. had to call the foreman over and then they had to add another 300ml oil in
-they didnt even change the air filter because they said there was no stock - didnt even deduct that to get the service cheaper because they claimed it was cap price servicing
(they had 2months notice since i booked the car in to get the parts )
