Wow that far away. Will that just be for the Euro spec?

We were told fall of 2018, so I was expecting a LA, SEMA, or even Detroit debut. At least for the North American model.
I have a hard time believing that info. So they’re saying they’ll debut it in Mar then have it hitting dealerships a month later? Yeah I highly doubt that.

I thought they would show the car, with far less cladding on the mules and provide options for the tunng market but nothing regarding numbers?

Also, I am loving the look,

Does anybody know the timeline that we can expect to see between when these cars are being driven and when the initial review articles/videos will be released ?

Let's see the differences between the top spec and the lower spec that appeared at the track:

Exterior and trim wise, these appear to be exactly the same, same bodywork and interior.

Only differences are wheels (19'' vs 18'') brakes (Monoblock calipers vs ''oem style") and exhaust

The rest of the car is the same

Tire-width seemed to be the same (could not get a close up of the tire size, but check the pic, middle (or closer to the camera) car is the lower spec. Also notice the apparent Toe out setting in the rear of the lower spec car... it seemed very apparent to the eye... could be an optic effect but the other cars didn't have it.

Here you can almost figure out the badging in the car, Toyota emblem on the trunk, and small Toyota script just above the new supra logo. Also these tail light seem very production ready, I've seen them work and they do not have sequential indicators, otherwise they are full led as you would imagine.

Close up of the wheel + tire package. All cars seemed to be running Michelin Pilot Super Sports, not cup2 (maybe an engineer-decision a-la 86 with the primacy oem tires...)

I really like this angle, you can see how the rear diffuser protrudes from the bumper, also how the duck tail trunk shapes the rear of the car nicely

Nice pics! Were you able to see the supposed lower trim model in action?
Yes I did, it looked fast too, maybe not 400hp fast like the top trim but 250-300hp for sure:

Both cars are AT, but check the different exhaust notes and see how the more powerful car ''plays'' catching up (not going 100% for sure... check the other video)

Liking it. Very much.
But those ice-cube headlights remind me too much of the Prius.
