Hey guys I’m doing a titanium charge pipe install, and I was watching a couple of YouTube videos on the install.
Every single time the bottom of the pipe clicks into place.

we transferred the oem rubber rings, and we used the metal wire c clamp for the bottom, it pushes into place but it seems to not have a click.
when in it doesn’t have any sudden movements at all.
Using the hose clamps super tight as well.
am I missing anything?

If you are talking the connection by the turbo with the silver c clip you should be able to see if the tabs went down in the grooves 3 of them if I recall correctly. It does take some wiggling to get the o ring pushed all the way on. If you have the air box off can get down there with a light at should be able to see. All else fails start it and run it. If it is not on you will know soon as it will blow off and you will hear it and get a code on the dash.

There is definitely a solid “click” when the ring snaps down over the inlet. As mentioned check it to make sure all the clips are recessed.

We did a full re install on it just to secure everything down, we actually had it all the way in. We didn’t get a clip sound, but the c clip at the bottom was in, just didn’t make a clip sound. Done some insane pulls with it no problems! Might take it off to change the hose clamps to t clamps but I won’t bother until we change turbo.
