I've done my research, in able to run full e85, a lpfp is needed and reading about lpfp, the car can run e100.
So my question, is it better to run e85 or e100??
Or is it the same gains?
On stock turbo.

There would be no additional power gain. E100 doesn’t gain much over E85, better to run meth at the point where you would “need” E100 (big turbo, 55psi+ boost).

Tough crowd for Easter.

Anyways, e100 falls into the category of race car stuff. Totally inappropriate for a daily driver. Hard to start (in fact, e85 in my last car would sometimes require my to try starting more than once), miserable when it's cold outside, and hard on parts. Race cars drive a fraction of the miles, probably have the plugs and coils to get it to start easier, and are prepped before, during, and after race events so mitigate the issues caused by the fuel.

Everyone's a bit snarky because you could have googled e100 and determine it wasn't right for you and if you really were setting up a race car then you likely wouldn't be asking the interwebs..

As @Awales74 points out, e100 is impractical compared to e85. It’s also only very really useful in certain scenarios.

If you really want the potential for extra performance, then use e85 ethanol blended with race fuel. For example one ethanol 117r.

You’ll need to tune specifically for this and can’t swap back and forth between pump e85 and race e85, but you’ll be able to make a bit more power.

If this is new info for you, then maybe take a conservative approach for now and keep researching to understand it all a bit more thoroughly.

I use One Ethanol R. It's 90-95% ethanol, not street legal at all, a huge pain to get the car to start, and 117-120 octane (usually). It takes a ton of this fuel to make a 1/4 mile pass, expensive, and completely impractical for most applications.
