Got a buddy who had broken a few on his Lotus at a few events before. He says to center punch it and then use cobalt drill bits and then the best quality extractor bits you can get is well worth the money.

titanium is stronger than steel per unit mass, but weaker per unit volume. for something like a lug bolt, you dont have much freedom to increase the diameter (unless you're willing to cut some new threads into the hub).

Yea they are weaker than equivalent steel studs and much more brittle. No way in a million years I would use them on a car I tracked, or even on the street to be honest.

I was going to do this exact same setup except with the 94mm (4") tip , I am so glad someone else posted it!

Are you catless?

Do you think the Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator is needed? I was considering the 12" bottle resonator, or just no resonator.

Yup. Been there dun that. I still have the drill bits. A friend came over and did that for me on a previous car. He made it look simple.

True story yesterday, walking to my car, with my daughter at her work. Apologized to a guy sitting outside for the loud noise that was about to take place. Fired her up and another passerby whips out his phone to get a video. My daughter called me while we both were leaving to say the guy kept saying holy shit over and over, lol.

I think your car would pair with that kind of roaring startup perfectly

Haha thank you brother! Yep she’s got a AA catted downpipe and an HKS exhaust on her. Funny thing is I accidentally turned my pops and burbles nearly off when I updated my BM3 tune so I need to fix that. Usually she’s pretty loud though.

As for the color, I chose this to change it up. I’ve had a black set of BC Forged wheels on her for almost 3 years now, which BTW I will be listing for sale here soon. ?
