I discuss having some issues with passing emissions due to my aftermarket work. I'm trying to source a 2020 Supra OEM Catalytic Converter which is apparently part number 25051-WAA02, but there are also 2021+ OEM catalytic converters available which are part number 25051-WAA07. Toyota claims the parts *might* not fit, but the part diagram for both sub assembly parts list identical components:
2020: https://autoparts.koonstoyotatysonscorner.com/products/product/converter-sub-assy-25051waa02
2021+: https://autoparts.koonstoyotatysonscorner.com/products/product/converter-sub-assy-25051waa07
Does anyone have experience with these parts? If I purchase a 2021+ catalytic converter for my 2020, will I actually have fitment issues?
Thanks.
