Need to order coilovers this week. Looking at BC coils or RSR Best Active. I don’t really understand the point of EDC and can’t tell if it does anything. Has anyone ran BC coils and how have they held up

EDC = Electronic Dampning Control - When you put your car in sport mode, it sends an electronic signal to your struts to stiffen up.

If you get a non EDC coilover (which is most) you will need to disable EDC to prevent a chassis code. You can do this with EDC Cancellers (things that plug into each plug to act like it still has EDC) which are about $400, or you can have EDC coded out for around $150.

We can get you taken care of with coilovers.

Do you have a budget in mind? BC and RSR are pretty big price difference. Non-EDC coils you'll need a canceller or you'll have codes. EDC keeps the sport function of making the suspension tighter.

Contact us however you prefer, call, text, email, or PM so we can pinpoint a good coilover for you.
