Supra 2020 34K miles Spark plug conditions good or bad?

Just wanted to see if you guys see anything wrong with these spark plugs cylinder number 6 spark plug came out a little oily not sure if that’s good or bad, also plugs were very white is it because the car is running too hot ?
I’m tuned with ecutek 93 pump tune with a cts downpipe, mst intake, ftp charge pipe. Car has 34k miles and I’ve never changed them before.

Cylinder 6 has an issue for sure. I would do a compression check. Does it smoke out the exhaust? Misfire codes?

No codes & no smoke out of the exhaust car runs fine

 

[Evolution]

At least check the compression for peace of mind. That plug does not look good at all.
