Looks like stock plugs are good for most tuned applications, but would the recommended interval change? US manual looks like 30k intervals. Any recommendations for spark plug interval for tuned applications?

97506 plug are NOT for B58. Do not use them. Just stick to the stock plugs andntock gapit’s time for me to switch my spark plugs in my opinion on my mk5 Supra. i’m on jb4 e30 with catless downpipe and intake map 3. should i stick with the oem plugs or switch to NGK 97506 (SILZKBR8D8S, but one heat range colder and regapped)?

please nothank you! is stock oil the best recommendation in ur opinion or is 5w-30 a better choice?
Before the oil face off starts, since you're catless running e30 mix just go with a 5w30 or 5w40 that has BMW LL01 approval.thank you! is stock oil the best recommendation in ur opinion or is 5w-30 a better choice?
