Hi all.
I hate resealing road works because of the stones getting caught ironically behind the stone guards on the discs.
Apparently it's a trait from the BMW DNA .
I don't think it does any serious damage ? but wow does it squeal and squeak.
Any suggestions.
I normally just hold a hammer by the head and tap the stone guard and most of them drop out.
Was wondering if you can remove them all together

You can. If you’re only driving on well paved street roads, you should be fine.

removing the rotor isn't hard. everything will fall out after that.
