How do you remove the glovebox side panel...

I haven't found much searching here or abroad, maybe I'm not sure what the correct term is? The panel that's shut between the door and the glovebox. Do I need to remove the entire glovebox to access it? How should I go about that?

You pry it out from the edge closest to you when looking at it from the door open. It pops right out.
