I love the idea behind those cars and when they work, but man are they a trip lol. I remember journalists giving up on reviewing them because they would break unexpectedly in traffic or when they would go to start it lol.

when functioning properly though, awesome experience.

Dude, its no joke. Last time she broke it was a wheel speed sensor. I had every single service light on except for the CEL. It took out the active aero, active suspension, ABS, traction control, power steering, and for good measure the head unit. I was so mad, I just drove it home. Alfa came out and got it, dropped off a loner. It took them 3 days to diagnose the problem, 10 days to get the parts from Italy, and then like an hour to actually fix the car. I really liked that car and it never left me stranded but I just couldnā€™t live with the headaches. I had for about 1 year and only managed to put 7,000 miles on it. The Supra is a WAY better car all around.

So... back on topic... Has anyone found a paddle shifter extension that will fit and look decent? The ones from paddleshifterz are over $200, so, I'd like to find something a bit more economical.

Yes, AutoTecknic has 2 versions of paddle shifters for our cars. Thats most likely the route I'll go. I am trying to wait to order anything until after SEMA. Lol

Those are even more... almost $400... That's pretty eye watering.

I came from a Lamborghini Huracan and we had the "Lambo Tax" - where vendors ridiculously marked up products because they figured we could afford them - I had no idea there was a similar "Toyota Tax."

Some parts are crazy, some not so bad. I know my buddies 580-2 has a fabspeed exhaust or some other company, and it cost the same as most people's cars.

I'm cool paying $400 for quality parts. AutoTecknic does have a cheaper version of Supra paddles for $295. You know, for all those strapped Lambo owners. Haha

Lol the Supra tax is real and ridiculous. We can get Aluminum paddles(complete paddles with everything needed) for around $130-150 for E/F series BMW's from Nelson Racing Wheels; https://www.nelsonracingwheel.com/paddle-shifters .

I'd wait a little longer until they or someone else come out with better priced options. I'd never pay more than $150 for some paddles, that's ridiculous.

Yeah. Part# ATK-TO-0264-GB is the less expensive version and part# ATK-TO-0264-DCG is the higher end version.
I just went to their site and keyword searched "Supra."
