Bought myself a 26', asked the salesman for the ad poster and got it

Salesman told me its the last supra theyre getting, couldnt order one, I was fine with it as its a MT and I like the blue. Dont worry this was a no mark up dealer. I was waiting for my wife and noticed in a back room a stack of ad posters. Having worked in a dealership my teen years I know they tend to toss them. Since he said they wont get another I asked if he had a old supra ad I can have in the deal, he dug through them and snagged me the one they had. Something to hang in the garage. Worth asking if anyone wants one. My wife initially laughed at it but admitted now shes jealous and wants one of her car.

That was an awesome idea. I just bought my 26 from a big dealership that no doubt had stuff like this and it was their last Supra, too! Darn!

Ask your salesman about it still, they are happy they made the sale and want to keep you buttered up and happy for a future purchase. Having worked at a dealer before, theyre told to remove the ads and have no idea what to do with them until they just toss them or employees take them.

I picked the car up from 3 hours away or I would have the instant I saw your post. I'm thinking about it though since I need some more break in miles and i think there are probably some good roads by that dealer or along the way at least. I think I'll just ask and see what they say.
