do you offer one sir? before i printed up the file i have found? actually im looking fro how much ceramic coating can cost but i also have to consider removing turbo etc
I don’t offer an intake duct.

for ceramic coating the downpipe you wouldn’t need to remove the turbo. Or do you mean ceramic coating the turbo housing itself?

I get it, meth is a hard habit to kick once you start, but I would highly recommend you reconsider using water injection for now. 2, 500cc nozzles in the charge pipe will give you proper atomization. Then move to a 50/50 water-meth when you're ready for a retune.
Excuse my ignorance, if i install the meth kit as "water injecting" should i tune the car??
I don't want to tune the car right away, but i want to cool the IAT more + which charge pipe has good and 2 placments for the injectors ?
How i can make sure the water won't damage the engine ?

IDK what to chose, I'm between installing wagner manifold vs meth kit for more cooling.

You wouldn't need a tune if you are running pure distilled water just for cooling.
But don't go crazy overboard, and quench the combustion chamber, causing misfires.
Just enough to keep your charge temps down. You will get more of a cooling effect with a 50/50 watermeth mix compared to pure water, but that does require a retune since your AFRs change

You don’t necessarily need a retune for 50/50. Obviously it depends on how much you’re spraying, but if you’re using a small nozzle (<300cc / <4gph) you’ll be fine.

Without retuning you’re trading peak power for power consistency, which is a fair trade if IAT’s are pulling your timing. You can use a meth specific map that PWM the meth injection to take advantage of the fuel, but now you run into the risk of leaning out if you run out of meth or issues with the system.… otherwise you just let STFT do its thing. You’ll lose some peak power this way though because your AFR will be slightly richer, but also a little safer.

100% water will displace oxygen/fuel since water vapor occupy some volume in the cylinder. Again, you’re trading peak power for power consistency.

See, I’m usually a "dual nozzle, 500cc" pure meth guy, but yea I agree. 50/50 isn't 100% strictly necessary when spraying the proper amount just for cooling. Just won't be capitalizing on that extra fuel.
I do get a bit paranoid about relying on ECU self corrections during WOT "IF" something were to happen. That's why I err on the side of caution with a retune so they can go even heavier on the meth.

I think most people reading this are going to use the basic, "
set n forget" controller knob that comes with a kit. Once they start getting into Reflex+ Aux duty cycle tables. Pretty much knocking on the door of a retune with an integrated safety net.

The issue is my car is losing a lot of power because of IAT at 50-60c our weather so hot.
IDK the peak power feel do to this issue🤷🏻.
I guess if i run pure water as @omfgzilla said or 50/50 blend with very very low injection to cool that temp it will raise to the peak power of oem tune.

This is my goal at the moment.
After i unlock the ecu i may start digging more into it.

If you're in the Middle East, it’s worth looking into an interchiller system. I’m not overly familiar with them, but the intake manifold is removed from the OEM loop and needs its own dedicated pump and reservoir.
I’ve seen clips where people show off their interchillers by get the manifolds so cold that frost starts to form on the exterior.
Down side to interchillers is that it does run the risk of heavy condensation building up inside, which will cause misfires but you would probably need the proper Freon setup to manage this.
It's not a cheap mod, but it could save you the cost of an intake manifold upgrade or a meth kit. Also removes an ongoing cost from the car, and you don’t have to worry about the maintenance of babysitting and refilling a meth tank.

This is the only kit I've seen.

Most of the road track folk I reached out to are doing exactly that- use the controller and set a progressive spray like start at 9 PSI and full spray by 17-19PSI. Enough to cool IAT’s and still last a 20 min session wi the a gallon tank.

ECU is able to trim +/- 30% so unless it’s full meth or your LTFT has shown its already been pulling fuel (good tunes should be within 5%) 50/50 has been putting people in low to mid 11 AFR’s.

I should have my setup installed by next week and I’ll be doing a lot of testing between 100% distilled, boost juice, and a volume mix of the two. I was just out with Jackie Ding to help test my setup (and film the car for Clocked). 95F ambient, 90% humidity and my IAT’s started at 135F in the paddock and would hit 150F+ IAT… not a good time.

This is the only kit I've seen.
I don't want to risk using AC lines, and the installation will be so much more expensive coz there are very few workshops that can do it + they may add non-original ferion to the AC and brick the whole system.

Meth kit can be done by me + and I don't drive the car daily.
Since I am going to use the smallest nozzle for 2 ports, my only concern is which tank to pick, the 9L in the trunk or the 3L under the hood.
