Couldn't see the front suspension, but the multi-link in the rear looks the same as the photos that @RyleyMA61 got us from the GR Racing Concept in AU, so the fronts are likely the same Macpherson strut setup with an aluminum knuckle.

Btw, the brakes actually look pretty big on the car. 4 piston fixed calipers front and 2 piston sliders in the rear, as is BMW tradition.

EDIT: Also, the Frozen orange paint is great! Really accentuates the sharp lines on the side of the car. Nice color choice by BMW.

good eyes, I guess this is the giveaway that this screen will be in the next 3 series.

Shmee also noted in his video that the 0-60 in the EU spec of 340hp 500nm weighing 1500kg is 4.6 US has 380hp. This is for the top trim spec.

looks pretty good with the top up! not that many convertibles can pull that off...

also love how the bottom door line swoops up towards the rear! definitely love the side prof, while not as cool as prev gen with actual Z lines, i think the lines come together quite well towards the front side vent!

just cant get over the front but it might grow on me. i like the head lights, but the kidneys seem too wide maybe if they narrowed kidneys and brought headlights more closer to center?. also if the front air damn didnt lift towards the ends like a smile and remained flat horizontally i think i'd like the front more.

The rear is really good too! very simple and all shapes and lines lead toward the center very nicely!

very interesting debut color too.. not so much a fan of matte would have loved to see the car in silver, blue, red

interior is kind of a let down, but i shouldn't be surprised since i tend to find most bmw interiors a little plain. but those seats are very unique! a single hole with linework outward working in is something that i've never seen before!

EDIT: actually the front from this angle isn't too bad!



and i'm sure itll look evern better in person!
