  1. Shakedown of my new Supra at VIR

Thanks for this fantastic and detailed review on your observations of the Supra and its behavior at VIR. New high temp brake pads are definitely first on the mod list before your next outing (good thing you had the Motul 600 to compensate). Hopefully we'll see a future solution to the wind...
  2. New Supra hits the “Real” Track.

It's always great to see you using your cars the way they were intended to be used. :headbang:
  3. Photo shoots/marketing tools while picking up your Supra?

Awesome story! It was very nice of you to bring out both of your MKIV Supras to the dealership to capture the moment of the long-awaited return of the MKV Supra with many of the folks there.
  4. 2020 Supra goes 0-60 3.8s & 1/4 mi 12.3s in C&D instrumented test

I recall the consensus on the supraforums was that the MKIV Supra provided to Car and Driver was a ringer car with the boost turned up slightly which gave it abnormally quick 0-60 and 1/4 mile times compared to other stock MKIV Supras (unless it was a factory freak).
  5. Undisguised 2020 Toyota Supra Spotted at Nürburgring / Wreck on Page 2

The ride height of this Ring Supra is noticeably lower than the other production Supras that we've seen.

S58 as in this bad boy? :D
  7. The 2020 Supra Can Run a 7:40 Nurburgring Lap, Thinks Tetsuya Tada

IF Toyota plans on taking a pre-production Supra to the Ring for an official lap time (especially for pre-launch marketing purposes), it wouldn't happen for the next couple of weeks/months as the weather at the ring is currently in the 30 and 40 degree Fahrenheit range.
  8. Petition Against The 'Supra' Badge

Do you have an official source of a Toyota rep stating this? From what Toyota reps had stated, they felt that the 335 HP figure felt ideal for the chassis and suspension tune they were seeking with the car.
  9. Take a look at the interior of the 2020 Supra

Funny that the entire interior is exposed except for the taped up Toyota emblem on the steering wheel. :p
  10. The "Unofficial" Pricing U.S. 2020 Supra models!

If the 335hp figure is accurate, I'm hopeful that Toyota can differentiate the different 3.0L models in this manner: Base 3.0L ($49.9k)- 335HP (B58 used in Europe/Japan) Premium 3.0L ($53.9k)- 382HP (B58 used in USDM Z4) A $4k bump in price for an extra 40HP from the factory (and other premium...
  11. Interview Questions for Detroit from the Fans

Will Toyota Corporate implement policies to prevent US Toyota dealerships from price gouging consumers with ADMs for the Supra (and tentative future GRMN/TRD model)?
  12. Take a look at the new Supra!!! Full vehicle revealed by Toyota Mexico

It looks fantastic uncamouflaged and in motion!
  13. Gifts & Goodies From TOYOTA & Dealers

WWIJD = What Would Indiana Jones Do?
  14. Toyota Supra will come in base and track form?

A $9k premium for the "Track" trim can be justified if the upgrades parallel what the competitors do to differentiate their base and track models (e.g. the Camaro ZL1 vs Camaro ZL1 1LE; Corvette C7 vs C7 Grand Sport, etc.).
  15. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

Based on the latest intel that some of the folks on this forum had received, it gives me renewed hope that Tada-san will remain true to his words when he hinted about the A90 Supra back in 2012: "With my next sportscar," explains Tada-san, "I want to make a big... ‘wow'." His arms gesticulate...
