  2. DarkZupra's Build

Im swapping a few parts out to try to pull some money out of the build. Goal is to grab a 997 as a track car this year, so I need money to work on that, and I likely wont be tracking the Supra anymore, so dont need everything I have on it. The BBK change did not save me money, but oh well, that...
  3. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

Its certainly possible. Using my costs, minimum spend would be: 4x Calipers - $1300 Front Caliper Adapters - $350 Front Caliper studs and nuts - $90 Pads - $400 4x Rotors - $700 Thats $2840. Could you get calipers a little cheaper? Sure. Rotors cheaper? Maybe. But Id suspect $2500 is around...
  4. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

Brakes properly bled and feel great now. I went over everything and it looks like I spent about $3700 on this project. Some of that is the rear G80 rotors I cant use, so hopefully I can sell those. Some of it is getting the calipers refinished. I suspect if you spend some time finding good...

Yep did see that. Glad he is selling them seperately now. I decided the cost to get a set of those over from Europe wasn't worth it for me, but its a good option to have.

  8. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

Install completed, took it out this morning to bed them in. Performance is fine but brake pedal feels like shit. Going to have to bring them to by buddies shop and have him ISTA bleed them. Sigh.
  9. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

OK - X3M rotors fit for the rear. In case these look weird, its because theyre cheaper full cast repalcements, instead of the OEM floating aluminum hat ones. It was easier to spend another $200 on cheap ones than $600 for OEM when i wasnt sure if they would fit.
  10. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

Im not super sure about the front, only because I wasnt researching it but yes, the G30 LCI uses a 370mm rear, even without the M-Performance pack. The X3M/X4M uses the same rotors dimensionally, but they are the aluminum hat version similar to the G8x. And yeah the caliper is used on a ton of...
  11. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

370mm x 24mm M550i LCI rear rotor, G8x Caliper. The rear rotor on the M550 went from 345 to 370 when they did the LCI refresh. The X3M rotors should be here tomorrow.
  12. Sold: FS: KW DDC Coilovers

Up for sale are my KW DDC Coilovers, these are a great option to keep EDC and have a dual mode coilover. Price is $2800 OBO. These are $4700 new. Located in Central Florida and would prefer a local sale but can ship if needed.
  13. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

Got any pics of the adapters you made? In other news, a 1" spacer works but is WAY too sketchy, so a proper spacer would be needed to use G8x rotors: Also the G30 M550i LCI rotors work: Just waiting on the X3M rotors to arrive. If those fit, ill return the G30 rotors and just use those.
