Easy answer - Insurance. FEMTO wont accept your international shipment if its insured, as they then have to pay import duties/customs on it. I can insure the shipment to EPC, they fly there, and insure the shipment back. Ill pay for the peace of mind.
Ive been Stage 3 for a long time.
Version 1.4 and 1.5 really firmed up the upshifts, so much so that it was upsetting the car and I had to dial them back by about 15%. Otherwise its great.
On a pre-DME locked ECU, both BM3 and MHD can write the custom rom code, since the DME is fully unlocked. FEMTO is a partial unlock, which is why you have to send in the DME to have those parts manually flashed. Assuming this really is a full unlock, you should be able to use all 3 tuning...
Interesting. I was made to understand that after their procedure your DME would essentially be the same as a 2020 DME, therefore you could simply flash any customrom items, or even use ECUTEK.

Selling my BMR VTA catch can. Turns out I dont need to go VTA for my power goals. Includes Oil Cap line. Comes with 2 brackets for different intakes and 2x 3/4" blocks off needed to run both the PCV and CCV lines. Brand new.
$450 FIRM

What power are you making on Ethanol (and what % E?)
Do you have the PCV ports in the head plugged? Are you running the full BMR can setup (PCV, CCV, Oil Cap)?
I have a pure900 waiting to go in. Going to run it with Nostrum S58 injectors, DS3 HPFP, some kind of LPFP, and flex. I assume that would put me around 30psi but thats just a guess.
I was concerned as I have a buddy with a pure 800 who blew his valve cover, so I figured id get ahead of it. But...
