As others have said get the JB4 piggyback. It can add some decent power to the car. 50hp is honestly really easy to add when it comes to a turbo engine. To be honest though, you wont notice the difference.
I say this because Horsepower = top speed and torque = how fast you get there. (in a...
yeah i would love to, i'm a big autocrosser personally and i do that about once a month. Its less me judging and more me just being afraid i'll not actually be able to push the car how i want and then there goes 250$
High traffic is one of the few reasons its hard for me to justify the cost of a track day. Like you pay 200ish or more just to go and not even be able to push the car as hard as you wanted to. And you wont even get a refund for it.
That being said i am going on the free NASA day from Toyota...
Having owned a 2020 M2 Competition, the car did not come with adaptive cruise control. It did however come with lane monitoring as well as emergency braking. It did not come with lane keep assist which our cars have.
That being said, the systems were all there software wise, there just...
you have to consider what is your application. Are you looking for wider wheels for looks? For handeling? For better grip? In general a wider wheel means more tire to the ground which means more grip in almost every application. Body roll as far as i understand it, is more of a symptom of...
thats actually not whats happening. i realized the slight sluggishness when taking off in drive was actually my own mind playing tricks on me and me not putting as much gas in as i normally do.
@KillxPoint this morning i had the rev issue. I let the car warm up for about 2-3 minutes without...
Yeah sorry i meant to say temporarily fixed with your ECU swap. I went back out to the car tonight and the issue isnt there anymore. I think it might have been a sensor issue but since your car is gone we'll never know. it would make sense considering my mechanic stating there is a safety...
Ok so heres an update. Went back out to the car 2 hours later. Started it up. Attempted to rev, wouldnt go above 2k RPM.
Drove for 30 minutes in normal and sport
parked the car, sat for 20 minutes. Started it up and it revved just fine right from startup, no driving whatsoever.
I decided...
Whats interesting is that i am able to get the car to rev over 2k if i just hold the throttle or pin it to the floor. Looking back at the beginning of this thread it seems like you cant get above 1.5k RPM even with foot to the floor. So i wonder if mine is having a different issue.

So interestingly enough the Rev thing happened to me today. Wasnt a cold start. I had been driving the car around for about 30 min or so. Stopped by a place and turned off the car so i could setup my camera for some exhaust noise shots.
Turned the car on (car is still in operating temps)...
No you're right you actually make a good point. During that time i was in no position to be buying a new car much less a sports car so i didnt really keep up with car news during that time. I guess that sentiment may have just died out by the time i got around to buying myself one.
Yeah i...
I mean who do you consider a dipshit Youtube reviewer? Chris Harris? Matt Farah? These are people who have been big names in the industry before youtube and they have said things like "this is just a BMW" "its basically a Z4" (not word for word but you get the jist). Even Car and Drivers...
the car is programmed to go back into first in Manual Mode when at a stop. You can do it if you want but i generally dont go below 2nd unless i'm at a complete stop, just like in my actual Manual Car
Man you've done so much to the car already. It was cool seeing it at Elite on Wednesday. I dont think my Supra will ever get to this point as its more of my daily, but its cool seeing local builds like this. The wrap is also awesome.
