Cars and Autotrader will only show around 1000 in any search. If you search cargurus for new, it shows around 1500. And I don't think all dealerships advertise on cargurus. So there is probably more inventory then that.
Toyota had been averaging around 400 a month in sales. It's hard to...
Looks like the US sales numbers were released.

I guess this always confuses me to. If a dealership is willing to take off say $5k at the dealership, but no one is buying it, why would it sale for more at an auction?
I don't think so either. If it's a premium trim, it would require the dealership to lose like $5-7k on the deal. They would need to really low ball your trade of get you with dealership accessories, warranties, financing, etc
The best I've found has been $7k off a premium. But the...
I believe new rebates started today. Still nothing on Supra besides probably that $1k dealer kickback. I don't know if we will see 0% on Supra. I can see Toyota offering it on almost all models besides Supra. Just like how Ford didn't offer it on the GT500, GT350, Bullit, etc
This is what I am thinking about doing. My local dealership is willing to sell a 2020 for $7k off. I might wait out another week or two and see if I can get them at $10k off. Maybe even lower interest rates in a couple of weeks as well.
When I check the Toyota website for my area incentives, I only see 0% offered for 2020 Camry, Corolla, and Tundra's. Also the 2019 Highlander and C-HR.
But with a lawyer wife, you can get a new premium for $45.5k OTD. And that is in Texas, where usually OTD includes the 6.25% tax. With a lawyer wife you can get one for around $43k.
We have around 14 in my metro area. All the dealerships besides one, are trying to get msrp. They think msrp...
I think they stopped one of the additional shifts or production lines. But I believe that was planned to begin with. I don't think Chevy wants to pump out too many at this time.
If COVID-19 gets that bad were it is really affecting production, I would assume the demand would drop as well. I...
I wonder if that is in all the US areas, or just certain ones? If it's in my area, then the dealerships are trying to pocket it because most of them are still trying to get MSRP for the car.
I agree. After the initial hype, the demand is just not there. I have easily found $3-4.5k off, just by email communication. I’m sure I could get closer to $5k off if at the dealership and ready to sign.
Toyota is probably going to need to offer some rebates or have some kind of kick back to...
