  1. New owner, track readiness questions

I want to maintain near stock daily drivability. I also thought it would be a quick install I could do myself so the investment was not bad at all. The Verus directions are a bit misleading unfortunately as the last step aligning the strut in the new camber plate was impossible or me alone in my...
  2. New owner, track readiness questions

I am in a similar situation but decided to spend the money on verus camber plates. I'll let you know how much camber I get once they are installed.

Maybe although I just looked at a bunch of photos with 10.7 Titans and 275/40 CRSs from Jackie at PHD and I felt the same, wheel seems a bit large for tire. I was told the tire performs better "on the stretch" IDK just looks weird to me.
  4. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Curious what spacer and length of stud? The wheel looks quite wide for tire. Are those the 10.7 Titans?
  5. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

OK so sounds like I may run into same issue. I'll plan on maxing out what I can get with the stock struts/springs. Curious what you ended up with though.

I believe you are on stock suspension too right? What are your alignment specs?
  7. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I use a plastic bin sized to fit perfect. Doubles as a table. Folding chair and small tool box. No gas as yet

Do you rotate the CRSs without issue
  9. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

We have stiff bars up front, little camber, and 255 tires LOL

I'm running -1.75 at all corners 0 toe. You do have significantly more camber in the rear. I agree with Razor camber up front is what you need.

    Correct just a brainfart edited

My turn in is a bit slow on the med setting but I do not have the rear as you do. Yes in theory you will get better turn in going to soft up front with less tendency to understeer, less heat in the front tires and overall increased grip. Give it a try and let me know. I actually am fine with the...

You might do better with the front bumper vent if daily driven

    What are the wheel details
  15. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

looks like it also emcompasses the intake on the left side.
  16. What did you do to your Supra today?

I mounted a Maxton V2 front splitter and then went to Mary Lou’s for coffee and scraped the front leaving the lot. Errrrr
  17. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

The very outside of the shoulder on my front left PSS took a beating at the last track day. The rest of the tire looks actually fine, just the very outside. I run 36lbs hot and may have to bump that up a bit. I am also adding camber plates and considering moving to soft on the Eibach front bar...

I find it strange the a strut tower brace could have that much affect on handling. Certainly once you are at the GT4 lvl with huge mech and aero but short of that ? The chassis is a pretty darn stiff one. Now sway bars do have a huge impact.
  19. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I posted on this as well as Razorlab. Front sway bar alone (Eibach on the middle setting) eliminated all body roll on the street and most of my body roll on the track. The car in my hands, stock tires and suspension will slide and power oversteer but little understeer. I have the rear Eibach bar...
  20. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

No as I stated the car was not lvl'd but that is a huge difference and my garage floor is not that far off.
