Add me to the body count. Just got back from the stealership and navi is fried. New head unit on order.

Just had the recall done yesterday. I have the same problem. The dealership has done two other Supras with no issues. My Navi is gone. I am guessing I need a new head unit now?? Wonderful.

The Supra sat for two weeks, now the iDrive system is constantly rebooting and my settings for Driver 1 and my phone were wiped clean. Rebooting like every 2-3 minutes. BimmerCode settings still there and working. Anyone had this issue?

Speaking as someone who wraps cars. This is an atrocity. Doesn’t pull together well at all.

Depends, good comment, but depends. Stiffer side walls will corner better and more ground surface area contact is always better.

You could go a higher aspect ratio and increase the tire height, but the sidewalls will flex more in the corners.

No idea. I think it’s a personal choice. There is a good video on YT explaining why a 20” rim and tire fit is better from an engineering point of view. I like I get more road contact than before. I don’t feel like I am sliding around as much as the OEM setup.

The 20” fit is only about 0.5” bigger in dia on the tire diameter. Only throws off your Speedo like 1 mph.

These are Forgestar CF5V Deep Concave in Bronze Burst. Wanted Super Deep Concave, but they would stick well outside the fenders to clear the calipers. The Deep Concave come right to edge of the fenders. Forgestar and Discount Tires worked together on the package. Discount Tire is a Forgestar...
