    If you have a 20 and get the update your ECU will be imprisoned (locked) like the 21's.

    They have not sold anywhere near that number. The most produced last year was 5800 units I think globally. in 20 is was about 5300 globally. Not a lot of them out there.

    The oil consumption issue looks to be largely solved with a higher viscosity oil. The 0W-20 is like water in the heat. Most people that have done the oil switch have seen the issue resolve itself from what I have witnessed. Probably exceptions. Toyota has been pretty silent on the issue. It will...

    I went to 5W-30 after 800 miles and have not noticed an oil issue either.

    Doesn't hurt anything. It opens the second exhaust stem allowing for less back pressure.
