Ok, thanks for all the info, looks like I'll make the switch to 5w40 vs 5w30. I ran 5w40 in my Mazdaspeed3 since the first oil change and never saw an issue, so I think the B58 is worthy of the same in my climate. And it's nice to have a list of good options.
So, my other thoughts on this...We obviously know Toyota states we must use 0w20 in the owners manual, and it's clearly for CAFE reasons. But, using a different oil weight than the recommendation *could* cause warranty issues. Have we ever actually seen an example where someone was denied a...
So, this is all awesome info and has been helpful. I'm about ready to do my first oil change on my '23 and was planning on Liquid Moly 5w30 special tech, but this thread has me thinking differently.

Yes. Thats what the motor is attached to. You pushed it to for up and it's out of whack. Push on the bottom of that to pop it back into alignment then try adjusting the mirror again
I did the same thing, it was from prying at the bottom of the mirror too much. I had to push down on the bottom of the glass some once installed to get the mirror back into position to engage the adjustment.
