I drove a lightly modified 2022 Supra 2.0 w/ S&T pack. (White) for 5 months before trading for a 2021 Supra 3.0 Premium (Phantom <3).
I have a ton to say, but I'll try to keep it brief.
The Supra 2.0 (B48) to me ultimately did not feel like "THE SUPRA" that I've always wanted. It is a great car...
Picked up a couple days ago; performed a quick “Matte paint” detail yesterday. I will be making a thread on “Spooky” soon enough. Main thought so far: “Pure joy ? !!!!”

Slight suggestion since my buddy had this issue recently:
Retorque lug bolts to spec. If you have not done your own rotations/maintenance, the dealership may not have torqued it to spec per BMW.
Doesn’t hurt to try :dunno:
Upon release, the MKV Supra definitely got a ton of flack.
Nowadays, it seems the only people who are “mad” are internet kids who frequent Gapplebee’s…
Personal-experience-wise, I’ve only heard good things. Some see it as an expensive super car. Others see the badge and start talking memories...
The car is currently in transit with no plate/holes. I followed up with my sales rep recently (who has been awesome), and he said the entire staff at my local pickup are well aware.
I think they know the kind of customer and car they’re working with.;)
Best thing I can think of if I were you is be honest. You are not satisfied with the work and others believe it’s subpar. If he respects you and your business, then maybe some sort of partial refund or redo will be provided.
Not trying to talk down on anyone btw. I would personally be very...
Unfortunately, this car is very curvaceous while also having very sharp edges. It’s probably best to take these cars to installers who have experience with them.
I would honestly try to get it removed and your money refunded ASAP. Don’t want a crap PPF job stuck to your paint for too long.
I’m honestly ecstatic. I’ve spent quite some time looking for a cleaner & fairer-priced example, and have not found one. I also enjoy spending too much time touching up my cars, so the high maintenance is part of the fun for me. *knock on wood*
Fun Fact: My 86 was an extremely rare OEM flat...
I think if it wasn’t clearly in an accident, the price would seem a little more fair.
When I first saw the auction, I was hoping for a low-reserve. This A90 would be a fair deal if it was in the low 50s.
Fair, but I’d rather it be CPO than not.
And for people who aren’t planning on tearing apart the engine, an 8 year/100k mile power train warranty included with purchase is pretty damn good imo.
I have no doubt that the “Supra” name alone will hold its weight. Couple that with a bitchin’ color. Nope, I think it should hold its value decently ?
I’m fully aware, but many people buying pricey aero nowadays are not doing it to shave seconds off their lap times. They’re buying these parts for looks. This is why these replicas are so popular to begin with, especially in the A90 crowd.
This is also why I can understand, even if I’m not a...
