I really hope this is an actual issue and not some made up story for someone to flip their car using sympathy.
If you really paid that much above MSRP, I agree with the others here and look to get some type of modification done in the car for an easier time exiting the car. Unless there's...
My rule is, until you pay for the car they can adjust the price anyway before hand. Do you have a signed statement saying MSRP only? Just asking b/c one of their known tricks is to "promise" MSRP, but then send you a response near to your delivery of, "due to massive interest, we have to include...
Just a dumb question. I haven't been able to sit in the car yet. Last time I saw it was at the DFW auto show. Are you free to let anyone sit in the car?
IMO the only MKV's I could see being very valuable in the future would be the LE cars with very low plaque #s. Excluding the owner of the first LE car, I would guess numbers 2 - 11 could fetch a real pretty penny. Just a guess anyway.
^^ Nice view from the office?

I laughed too hard at this, thinking about that MASSIVE 5hp they added to the 86 (excluding the 86 GRMN only sold in japan.) That sure pleased the interest for more power here in the states....
I don't have anything against Toyota. I'm very interested in the MKV and I'm just waiting to see how...
From the article,
They don't necessary say what their question to Tada-san was or his words exactly to the MT question. But, I think we could all stop reading inbetween the lines. If Toyota were working on a manual, we would at least seen something more official by now. All we have now is...
Different laws over here in the US. Toyota could had sent an email like that to dealers in the US too, but legally dealers could sell the car to whatever "market adjusted" price they see fit. Those dealers hurt Toyota's brand image, but some are more worried about the money they can get today...
