I've deleted my CCV, PCV and EVAP and dump to atmosphere. There's no PCV or fuel EVAP ports on the EOS. Can use the 2 boost reference ports on the side of the manifold, but youll have to buy some extra OEM PCV connectors and improvise with the tubing. The kit comes with extra PCV tubing...

Phil's right. If youre really lucky and the valves are bent instead of broken off. The bores should be fine and you can repair the head. Although i see this as a good opportunity to switch over to a 6port head. There's alot going on with the Intake side of the valvetrain. Il take a guess...

Sorry to hear, If cylinder 6 is badly scorn or scratched the block is trash. You can sleeve it but its an added ~5K at a machine shop
