I've deleted my CCV, PCV and EVAP and dump to atmosphere. There's no PCV or fuel EVAP ports on the EOS. Can use the 2 boost reference ports on the side of the manifold, but youll have to buy some extra OEM PCV connectors and improvise with the tubing. The kit comes with extra PCV tubing...
I'm not entirely sure. It definitely would need a retune. I'm sure @razorlab would know alot more on this.

I would just get another 2port since you're not going to be pushing crazy power.
Phil's right. If youre really lucky and the valves are bent instead of broken off. The bores should be fine and you can repair the head. Although i see this as a good opportunity to switch over to a 6port head.
There's alot going on with the Intake side of the valvetrain. Il take a guess...
Before you buy anything. Make sure The bores are not proper fucked.

Shameless bump
I got a question with this Rev2 release
At first i couldn't understand why PTF would use the exhaust flap to control PI. Searched in the map editor and saw that we have a table for exhaust flap. Dafuq? So is this the table we use for PI now?
Its just surprising. You're the last person i would have thought to ask this.
