  1. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

You don't need a lift, just jack up each of the front corners with a jack. You don't even need to take the wheel off to check to see if these are there, or to remove them if they are there. Grand total should be less than 10mins.
  2. Shipping spacers not being removed?

Four model years later and dealerships still haven't learned  A little over 1000 miles but glad I took them out before the bump stops got destroyed.
  3. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

Make sure you check to confirm that your dealership removed the shipping spacers.... mine didn't remove them during the PDI
  4. How to Setup and Optimize Sound Quality using OE Equalizer

Not doubting this excellent write up, thank you by the way. I’m just curious about the reason for turning speed volume down? With it all the way off, are you not manually having to turn the volume up as you get to highway speeds?
  5. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

Does this make my 3.0 Premium MT an A91 MT with Black Seats? For those still waiting for their MT, don't give up hope, it's worth the wait. I was very close to pulling the trigger on a G87 M2 back in early Feb, so glad that I didn't now.
  6. trash site

Ooops, I'm an idiot, I was looking at the wrong tab in the spreadsheet ?
  7. trash site

That in combination with the GPS data and accelerometers built into the Race Capture is plenty of data. At least for autocross where you only have a small amount of time in between runs and the courses are never the same.

Thanks razorlab! All I care about is throttle position, brake (%) and steering (degrees). So if I can get that info from OBDII I'm happy :D
  9. trash site

Bump. It looks like the spreadsheet has been updated for OBDII? There now appears to be formulas for the following: Channel Name Accelerator Pedal Throttle Position (RAW) Brake Steering RPM Gear Coolant Temp Oil Temp Ambient Temp Wheel Speed Wheel Speed - Left Rear...
  10. TPMS for the Supra

Sorry for the bump, but looking to confirm that the 42607-WAA02 sensor is still the correct part for the 2023 cars? For some reason this part # is only listed for 2020-2022 MY’s. https://www.oemgenuineparts.com/oem-parts/toyota-tpms-sensor-42607waa02
  11. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

It's a bit of a long story, but needless to say I got this car with quite a bit of luck on my side. The deposits I had down were at Red Deer Toyota and Silverwood Toyota (Lloydminster), neither of those came through. All the dealerships I spoke with in Calgary wanted ridiculous deposits and had...
  12. Superspeed RF05RR Wheels

Thanks TYMBOM, and these are the same sizes & offsets I posted (19x9.5 +33, 19x10.5 +35)?
  13. Superspeed RF05RR Wheels

Yah that makes sense, by the numbers they should fit beautifully. Just shocked to not be able to find any pictures of them installed.....
  14. Superspeed RF05RR Wheels

I’ve been looking at maybe getting a set of Superspeed RF05RR wheels but can’t seem to find any pictures or forum posts of anyone running them. On paper these should fit quite nicely. 19x9.5 +33 19x10.5 +35 5x112 66.6 https://www.superspeedwheels.com/flowform-rf05rr Has anyone put these on...
  15. Where to buy Blitz strut brace

When you don't want to pay $500 for a strut brace but want that OEM look, just sand and paint the middle section ;)
  16. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

Brought her home yesterday :D Feels fantastic so far, it was cold and dark and I'm trying to follow the proper break-in process, but so far I'm very happy with the car. I've driven an AT Supra before ;) This one just feels a little sharper and a little tighter, yes I know it's highly...
  17. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

I hope that's not the case when doing a more spirited 1->2 shift. I doubt you've tried that yet due to break-in mileage.
  18. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

Depends whether the dealership will tack on a bunch of extra crap (PPF, service, extended warranty, ceramic coating, etc.) at greatly inflated prices.
  19. Canadian Manual Transmission Allocations

Your dealer got an allocation for a Nocturnal MT but now they’re getting you a Red MT? Which dealer is this out of curiosity?
