Honestly, this is what I have been experiencing. It does sound more like a "race car", also being louder at the same time. But it's nice to hear the burbles some times too. You made the perfect sound effects!

I'll try this, I have been switching from sport to normal every once in a while since I daily the car.

I did notice the burbles are gone when low on fuel before the Downpipe. I get louder burbles now when I shift down.

Obviously I waited for my rpms to go down and after driving for a bit to start warming up the engine faster.

My car is constantly in sport mode. It just seems like when the engine is warmed up, and I rev it, I don't get the burbles. But when the engine is cold it does.
