Time spent above a given rpm is a function of the maximum rpm. Hmm…I don’t think you understand a lot of the words that you use or you just don’t make any sense.
Look buddy, I owned an AP1 S2000 for several years and loved that thing. Yes, it was exhilarating revving that car out to its 9000...
How much time is any production sports car, super car or hyper car spending above 7000rpm?
That is why the B58 makes sense for Toyota. It is exactly like the 2JZ. A reliable tractor motor that does a damn good job in a street car but can be built to trash a “race car”.
I do not envy the S58.
People who work at dealerships are like young children who are just learning to talk. They say a lot of words, don’t make too much sense and are prone to making stuff up. no offense to anyone who works at a dealership but just sharing facts.
I have to believe that more A91MT allocations are coming. There is just no way all 500 units have been allocated already. More importantly, there is no way there are 500 diehard GR Supra fans seeking this model. There will be one for everyone who wants and can afford one. Just be patient. No...
OP, can you edit your first post with all the confirmed allocations so we have an idea of where and how many these MT and A91MT are going?
May be if a moderator can help clean us this thread, too. Seems some don’t understand having an allocation and putting in a deposit.
What your dealership told you is correct and exactly as it sounds. You put down a deposit and tell them your preference. Your dealership gets allocated whatever they get (this process I don't know who decides, if it is Toyota central or regional management - regardless, your local dealership...
Not here. My dealership got a 23 AT in Stratosphere Blue which I declined. Still first in line for a 23 in MT.
I would like to know what everyone else's dealerships got coming in, too.
I have to believe that CU Later Gray will become a standard color for 2024 MY going forward. It would just be weird for Toyota to drop all gray/silver once the A91MT goes away. Maybe just wait it out to see what additional changes will be made to the 2024 MY.
