  1. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

I hear ya, I just don't think he happens to be lying. But yeah, I wouldn't expect to get 100% back, but I would want to get something back, even if it was just a percentage. And I can see how aftermarket parts would/could and most of the time actually do devalue a car. But for example, I have...
  2. Adro Swan neck wing

I'm not a fan of the design of the taller uprights though. I think the original, lower height uprights look better and have a nicer swooping back design. These kind of look off in my opinion. For the taller height, I feel like an underside mount would have made this look better. But again, just...
  3. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

I'm inclined to believe him and don't think or see a reason why he'd lie about that. Did you ever see his build? That man is detail oriented to a T and he had a lot of money dumped into that car. Would be super shitty if all he got was the market value of a stock version of a Supra.
  4. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

Unless you’re @Mimosa with his 6 figure payout on his car. But if I recall the accident correctly, he was sitting at a light when someone hit him. So he wasn’t at fault.
  5. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

Yeah I agree, I can see this being a battle regardless. At least initially!
  6. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

That's what I'm thinking...Definitely going to look into some sort of additional coverage, maybe something of the likes of whats been suggested on here so far.
  7. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

heres the reply I just got back from my State Farm agent: "Good morning Jordan, here is the response I received from auto underwriting in regards to upgrades and modifications on vehicles they stated that Equipment that is fixed onto the vehicle would be covered but there is sort of endorsement...
  8. Insurance question --Those with modifications, please chime in

Damn that's awesome. Glad to hear it worked out for you. You had so much put into that build and the level of detail was amazing. If the other insurance company only covered the car at MSRP, that would have been a crime! Considering you got a 6 figure check, would you say you got your full cost...

  11. 45th Anniversary Edition - Aftermarket Wing Options with OEM Wing Holes

  12. What did you do to your Supra today?

Nice, I got 19x10 and 19x11 in the rear too. I got +26 in the front too but +37 in the rear. They probably had to bring you in 2mm since you're on bags
  13. Looking at changing interior from red to tan

What was the shop you used? I have a buddy in Phoenix that wants to get his Silverado 2500 HD done
  14. What did you do to your Supra today?

Hell yeah bro! ?? The bronze on white looks so good! Are you keeping your Xenon's? I got the Maxim's in Satin Black for my Supra. The concave we got in the rear is sweet! Did you go 20"? I went 19's and like them but if I were to do it again, I'd probably size up to 20s.
  15. Replacement wings for 45th anniversary edition?

It was like $1,800 for all the dynocarbon pieces: front splitter Side skirts Rear diffuser Duckbill spoiler Mirror caps Roof Roof rails I’m super happy with it. To do all of that in actual carbon fiber, with labor for install, especially the roof which is suuuuuper spendy, it would’ve come...
  16. Replacement wings for 45th anniversary edition?

I second Phillip on this. Definitely have to go PPF if you’re going to go this route. The 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D, 1,000D carbon vinyls don’t even come close.
  17. Replacement wings for 45th anniversary edition?

Here are some more photos for you but they honestly don’t do the film justice. There’s a lot of depth to it that doesn’t translate in photos vs in person.
  18. Replacement wings for 45th anniversary edition?

No problem. I watched a ton of videos on it and found an installer in my area and I couldn’t believe how real it looks. Plus it’s ceramic infused and hydrophobic and self healing all of which is so nice. Definitely try and see it in person if you can find an installer local to you in Raleigh...
  19. Replacement wings for 45th anniversary edition?

Here’s a suggestion that I always throw out to people who want the look of carbon fiber. Cover your 45th anniversary wing in STEK dynocarbon gloss. Literally looks like real carbon fiber. It’s what I used on my car and it blows people away. They’re always amazed to learn it’s PPF and not real...
