I had an issue with my GESI AA catted downpipe. They (AA) replaced it with a downpipe with their own cat. Haven't had any issues yet and hoping it stays that way. Hope your issue gets resolved. It took me a bunch of attempts to connect with them which was annoying so you'll have to keep...

There’s a pinch of drone between 2500 and 4000 rpm but it’s honestly not terrible! Cold start is insanely loud with my AA catted downpipe and track version but honestly once the car gets up to temp, it idles really silently for what it is and the car is only super loud when you really get on it...
