I'm not talking down on you, you're wondering how TC would work without ABS. I simply told you, motorcycles have TC and no ABS and vice versa.
And again, if they made a mistake on their site. Cool!
To clarify, the misinformation comes from Toyota Canada, as shown in the screenshots.
All...
And I told you "Thanks!" which again, you clearly missed, but you obviously have an ego issue and a point to prove. Since you keep going at it.
I've changed seat covers before (on Recaro seats) and they're a bitch to do.
You're better off buying new seats.
Yes, you can change the seat cover...
I agree, someone could have made a mistake.
It could work the same way it does on a motorcycle, a ZX-10R has traction control but no ABS.
It cuts the power to limit the wheel spin. Just saying.
If someone made a mistake on the website, then so be it.
So you're just going to deny/laugh at what's written on Toyota's website, right?
Why did you think I asked to begin with... The US website says they're the same, Canadian one says they're not. Hence the question.
You swapped seats. My mistake, I should have wrote, you've never swapped seat...
Clearly not. Good thing I'm not relying on you.
Posting a couple of pictures from eBay, thinking you're smart. You've obviously never done any seat swaps.
Go on the Canadian website and see for yourself.
And again, since you don't notice much... this is 2025 Base AT vs a 2025 Base MT.
Thanks for the tips!
I got to the point that I know what I want vs what I don't want haha!
The differences that I highlighted are Auto vs Manual, which I would have liked to get an answer for...
Not Premium vs Base. And you're sold to the Alcantara seats as well :)
Thanks for the eBay photos...it's more than just unzip the old and zip up the new ones.
For anyone looking for seats covers, here's the link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256742905074
Thanks for the info!
It's a buyer's market right now, overpriced days are done and over with.
First time ever that I've had a dealer slash a price over the phone, I wonder how much more they'll slash in person.
Just an update, 3 dealers today are willing to let a Premium MT go for the price of a Base MT...
Now the math is starting to make sense haha!
I have to check for aftermarket seats :)
The title says it all.
I started shopping this week for a 3.0 Base MT in Renaissance Red 2.0.
MSRP: $65,616.50
With taxes: $75,442.57
Curious if anyone has gotten it for below MSRP?
Edit:
Ordered it today, got a $1,500 rebate.
