This is quite honestly the only answer and best post in reference to someone even considering buying a Supra. If price is a concern save up longer and buy one when you have the scratch to do so.This is a car you'll want to get fully loaded with zero compromises unless you're planning to make it into a race car. None of this I don't need this so remove option BS.Just get it all and decide later if you want to use it.
If it’s an option you don’t need you’ll be glad to have it if/when you get rid of the car. The price difference in minimal if you’re making payments or saving the difference, but making a decision to not have a lot of conveniences without knowing if you’d personally use them over a few thousand dollars on a major purchase in the end is the quickest way to have buyer’s remorse. You may think you don’t need something and then experience using it and be glad you didn’t pass on it. If you do use a feature and then not prefer it you’re not out anything but there will 100% be something in the premium you will miss if you pass on the whole package. There’s something in all the differences for everyone.
I do agree however the alcantera seats are awesome since we don’t have ventilated seats, the one big miss on the Supra to me. I’d rather have ventilation and no heated seat personally. My lower back always gets hot in leather seats so I am so thankful for having the alcantera in my A91-CF instead of the leather. You can always swap the seat covers if this is a must have for you. Probably be in $1500-$2000 if you pay to have them swapped for OEM covers for labor and covers all in. Just something to consider.
