This is a car you'll want to get fully loaded with zero compromises unless you're planning to make it into a race car. None of this I don't need this so remove option BS. Just get it all and decide later if you want to use it.
This is quite honestly the only answer and best post in reference to someone even considering buying a Supra. If price is a concern save up longer and buy one when you have the scratch to do so.

If it’s an option you don’t need you’ll be glad to have it if/when you get rid of the car. The price difference in minimal if you’re making payments or saving the difference, but making a decision to not have a lot of conveniences without knowing if you’d personally use them over a few thousand dollars on a major purchase in the end is the quickest way to have buyer’s remorse. You may think you don’t need something and then experience using it and be glad you didn’t pass on it. If you do use a feature and then not prefer it you’re not out anything but there will 100% be something in the premium you will miss if you pass on the whole package. There’s something in all the differences for everyone.

I do agree however the alcantera seats are awesome since we don’t have ventilated seats, the one big miss on the Supra to me. I’d rather have ventilation and no heated seat personally. My lower back always gets hot in leather seats so I am so thankful for having the alcantera in my A91-CF instead of the leather. You can always swap the seat covers if this is a must have for you. Probably be in $1500-$2000 if you pay to have them swapped for OEM covers for labor and covers all in. Just something to consider.

Thanks for the tips!
I got to the point that I know what I want vs what I don't want haha!

The differences that I highlighted are Auto vs Manual, which I would have liked to get an answer for...

Not Premium vs Base. And you're sold to the Alcantara seats as well :)

I compiled the differences between the base Automatic (AT) and base Manual (MT).

The AT features that the MT version does not have:
Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
Engine Immobilizer
Red Painted Brake Calipers with Supra Logo (on front only)
Front Strut Tower Brace
4-link Rear Suspension with Coil Springs
Hollow front and rear stabilizer bars
Launch Control
Driver Seat Memory System
19" Forged-Aluminum Twin-Spoke Wheels with Dual-Tone Finish

The MT features that the AT does not have:
Brake Assist (BA)
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)
I just noticed this list of yours. What on earth... Where did you get this info, because a lot of it is wrong.

Both AT and MT have:
Engine Immobilizer
4-link Rear Suspension with Coil Springs
Hollow front and rear stabilizer bars
Brake Assist (BA)
Anti-lock Brake System (ABS)
Same 19" forged wheels

Okay? Guess you have it all figured out. Good luck!
Clearly not. Good thing I'm not relying on you.
Posting a couple of pictures from eBay, thinking you're smart. You've obviously never done any seat swaps.

Go on the Canadian website and see for yourself.

And again, since you don't notice much... this is 2025 Base AT vs a 2025 Base MT.

Again, it’s literally a seat cover swap. You can keep denying it isn’t, it doesn’t make it not true.

Also, if you think the MT doesn’t share the same suspension component design, or not have ABS, I have a nice bridge to sell you.

Why even ask questions if you are going to reject knowledge?

Also, yea, I’ve never done any seat swaps. Get out of here.

So you're just going to deny/laugh at what's written on Toyota's website, right?
Why did you think I asked to begin with... The US website says they're the same, Canadian one says they're not. Hence the question.

You swapped seats. My mistake, I should have wrote, you've never swapped seat covers.
And for anyone else reading, swapping seat covers is no easy task. It's a lot easier to swap out the entire seat than it is to change a seat cover.

Yes. What you listed as different between AT and MT is incorrect. 100%. I've worked on both. Have you?

Also, here is the service manual for the seat covers. After you unzip them, there are hog hooks and then the cover is off. I have taken the covers off. Have you?

Good luck in your quest to get the car you want.

I mean, websites are created by humans, and humans make mistakes. Both ABS and immobilizers are mandated for passenger vehicles in Canada (easily verified by taking a few seconds to search). For example:

Introduced in 2005 and effective as of 2007, the subject of theft protection has been addressed through a safety lens in the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 114 – Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention. This standard requires that vehicles of certain prescribed classes (passenger car, every three-wheeled vehicle, and every multi-purpose passenger vehicle and truck with a GVWR of 4 536 kg or less and, with the exception of a walk-in van) that are imported to Canada or manufactured in one province and sold in another – be equipped with an immobilization system if they are manufactured after 2007.

Plus, how would stability and traction control systems work without ABS? It doesn’t intuitively make sense.

I agree, someone could have made a mistake.

It could work the same way it does on a motorcycle, a ZX-10R has traction control but no ABS.
It cuts the power to limit the wheel spin. Just saying.

If someone made a mistake on the website, then so be it.

Even the USA website as some inaccuracies.

Also, on the Canadian site, if you click on the "2024" tab, magically ABS, 4 link rear suspension, sway bars, etc have a check mark on the MT. Oh weird? But OP knows better.

It does not, all the Supras have ABS.

You're losing sleep over this shit!

It's 2025 that I'm asking about and AT vs MT. You're more annoying than anything.

Same car. Has ABS, has 4 link on all models, has hollow sway bars. Even the 2.0 is the same as far as those items.

You are incorrect. The 2025 tab on the website is incorrect.

Me answering your questions is annoying? You must be a hit at parties. Again, why ask questions if you are just going to argue with more knowledgeable people than you?
