So are your cars crackling and popping on overruns? Mine doesn't change much between normal and sport mode. Sometimes the valve doesn't open on start. I see videos of them popping and mine is quiet.

I haven't had the issue since I brought the car back home on Wednesday night. I'm recording my daily start. It would be nice to contact the same Corp Rep who is familiar with the issue. I'll check sw level in the morning.

I picked up my car from the dealer this evening as they were not able to reproduce the issue. It's now been in the shop longer than I've owned it. I'm also documenting everything in a spreadsheet along with videos. I haven't contacted Toyota yet but plan to on Friday.

I told the dealer to reorder my car to have it ready. So did you call corporate and start a conversation? If so I’m going to do that tomorrow. The dealer still has the car in hopes of reproducing the issue.

If you disable VSC, it goes back to normal. It's like stability control is kicking in to kill the power.
