When you say "this fueling setup" which fueling system are you referring to? The JB4 PI Controller is a standalone unit that is an add-on to the JB4. Connects similar to how the FSB/Methanol kits do and you can control a set of PI injectors through the JB4 app. No unlocks are necessary.
