Most good tuners will limit the torque in the higher gears to save the transmission. IMO for the money I would go Flex Fuel/DP/Tune to get 500hp/500+tq. I'll probably upgrade the turbo eventually when the warranty is up. :D

500+ whp/tq can be done on stock turbo w/catless dp. With a catted dp and e50 I made 480hp/540tq on e50 with Mikey Botti tuning. I could go 500hp and more tq switching to catless but the car plenty fast for me.
Ah man that sucks you dont have e85 close by. I actually do the same thing. 93 octane for daily use and then map #2 is e50. Toggling with the cruise control switch makes it super easy with Ecutek.

If you come across a deal on 6 port pure turbo, it wont hurt to jump on it... But I think piggyback and a downpipe will feed your need for the time being. Find a used JB4 or titan protune and enjoy it and you wont lose too much while you wait.
