Typically with catless they were saying roughly 425-450. I did 412 to the wheels with a high flow cat. Very close to what was quoted when I went to the dyno.
I would email them directly for pricing for OTS as well since they can offer it. Flex fuel is an option or you can have multiple maps. I went that route and I use the map switch feature when i switch to e50 fuel.
posted in the wrong section but here goes.
gonna depend on your tire size. but it will be pretty flush. And no, adding a spacer will lower the offset number making it stick out further
If you are wanting just an OTS tune you can order thru East Coast supra and it starts at $1k. His OTS maps are still pretty good. I have an OTS 93 tune w/catted DP and it puts down 412/475tq. I also had a custom e50 dyno tuned map that does 480/540tq.
Last few months he's been down at least...
man it does suck to hear that it needed a new motor already. Was just wondering since I’m starting to see some electrical gremlins and it’s going to have to be serviced. Appreciate you sharing the experience. My car has a tune and Downpipe and I’ll have to tune back to stock before bringing it in.
on the flex fuel tune your power will depend on the ethanol content and it will adjust itself. More ethanol up to e50 would net the most power.
it’s basically a 93 and e50 tune that compensates with the flex sensor
if you’re in NY, there are a few good tuners not to far away. I use Mike Botti and he goes to NY pretty often. I believe Justin (twisted tuning) is up there and Visconti is in CT as well.
I’m running a cheaper catted DP and was able to put down 480hp/540tq on e50 fuel. Catless will definitely...
It was a little concerning draining the 2nd oil change at 5k miles (4K on the oil) and the 0w20 flowed like water. Coming up on my next oil chance and I’ll probably send a sample to get analyzed
Sorry to hear that man. You might be the guy that Glenn had told me about if you're in Jax. Just curious which dealer locally did the service on yours and have you been happy with the service dept?
You should be able to tell with the Ecutek software, but for the most part 2020 ECU should not need a bench unlock unless a dealer went back in and locked it for some reason.
