Yes, you can have a flex fuel tune done but you need a Flex Fuel kit and a custom Ecutek tune. e50 will net the most power without maxing out the fuel system, which is why they make more power on e50. You can expect to make 475-500HP on an e50 Flex tune. I'd recommend Mikey Botti for tuning...
You can run e50 + pure800 without P/I or meth, but you are going to be leaving a lot of power on the table. I saw a pure800 car + e50 the same day I dyno'd and they stopped at 540hp so they wouldnt max the HPFP.
I have the exact same combo and do notice a little shiftiness on the street. I have never had this issue at the dragstrip or when I run drag radials and it goes completely straight.
I've read it might have something to do with running such a wide rear tire, but I havent switched back to stocks...
was a little confusing to me that is says it works along the stock ECU. Almost sounds as its only controlling the additional port injectors and not the factory direct injectors? I am interested to see how it's going to work out. As it stands buying the parts for Flex fuel, Reflex controller...
im thinking this motec unit is just to control additional controllers for P/I or meth. Interested to see this unit in action if it can control flex fuel and P/I. Even if you were to buy the Visconti FF kit and Reflex controller thats already $2500 so maybe $5k doesnt sound that bad
That diagnosis sounds really vague. Did the additional meth cause a problem in one of the cylinders? Did you just need new plugs or is there an internal issue with the engine?
shows that it's a piggyback that designed to control the additional add-ons like port injection, meth/nitrous. I would guess you would still need to flash the stock ECU since it will remain in place to control the factory injectors and maps.
There's a few guys that have requested extra spicy tunes at their own risk. I have heard they are trapping close to 130 in the 1/4. I requested to tune on the conservative side and I only trap 126.

unfortunately direct injection is a different animal and it’s not as simple as slapping a larger pump and injectors, which is why tuners are using supplemental injectors.
i was actually curious how the S58 motors can achieve higher power levels... looks like they run a double hpfp, but can’t...
strange, that you would be leaking boost especially when the intake only replaces the parts on the inlet side of the turbo... Looks like the charge pipe doesnt get touched.
wondering if your ethanol content might be off. too much ethanol and the fuel system could be maxed out for a second sending you into a limp mode and cutting boost.
